Cool storyline. Bored proof game mechanics. Great character And plot design. Various way to kill the enemy that makes the game more intense. What A Great Game Ghost Of Tsushima is.
The last one felt like a paper version of AC. I LOVED Odyssey. But the last one lacked soul. it was bland, very little to really do. AI was really bad. I'm guessing the new one will also be equal to that one. As ubisoft wants to pump them out fast instead of slow cooking them and making them great.
It’s an AC core fans trap I’ve been in as well… most of core fans are in their 30s, our beginnings of gaming experience came around release of Ezio trilogy or around Altair’s time… since then we were expecting more epic release than Ezio’s story (let’s face it, Revelations wasn’t that epic, it was… well… weird …) But the harsh truth is, Ezio was a pinnacle of franchise… that’s were Patrice Desilets took feedback and experience from Altair and created gorgeous upgrade to it… AC3 failed it’s amazing potential, AC BF was short in main story and Unity wracked it’s reputation even though after bug fixes it’s beautiful game and with real AC feeling…after Syndicate it became obvious something needs to happen and Origins was gorgeous mash up of RPG and true AC spirit… Oddysey was AC on psilocybin :D and Vikings; oh excuse me; Valhalla was… well… copy paste of TV show Vikings :D Mirage just showed how much to their care about original legacy (not that much as it was a side title)… Shadows seems like gorgeous continuation of something that grow far from it’s original roots
@@djstef4549 ac2 is a great game but its a great game for its time, and the same could be said for ac1. If you try to remake them today you would have to add in a whole bunch of new things just to keep it interesting. Ac brotherhood and ac 3 on the other hand all you would really need to do is bring the graphics up to 2024 or 2025 standards. Once again i can't stress this enough, it would have to be a real remake, similar to a mafia 1 remake, not a mafia 2 remake.
If they do that they should merge all 3 into one long form game and cut out the crap sequences from the 2nd half of AC2 and the base defence from Revelations. Make the flow of the story and passage of time more cohesive and consistent and a more well rounded character arc for Ezio from Teenager to Wise middle age.
I wonder why Ubisoft didn't do the animation or maybe just resemblance the parkour of Arno since they said that she is acrobatic. Naoe looks good, really but Arno's movement is top tier. I mean a descent parkour animation would be perfect.

Gameplay looks higly enhanced ,better parkour , better stealth and even people's running away after witnessing an assasination is fantastic and also the respectful gestures for the samurai is also cool i think this game is a game changer in ac gameplay mechanics .

There are so many Animes portraying Japanese people as european looking tall Guys with blonde Hair and blue eyes, wide eyes. So dont Care Brother. I liked the assasian side. Specially that weapon reminds me of dark prince but did not like that samurai side wtf is that heavy weapon where is katana and clean sword fight.
Wearing armor at the castle while on guard is kinda stupid. I find those samurai in kimonos the sword masters like in Sekiro and Shinobido etc. way more intimidating. Master swordsman no armor needed
The character models look good. The Armor sets and outfits look very nice too. The environment looks gorgeous and the physics look like a huge leap forward from previous AC games. I think this is the first Ubisoft game I've wanted to buy in a long time. I won't be getting Skull and Bones or Outlaws but AC Shadows looks good so far.
While Ghost of Tsushima showed an effort to express Japanese culture in a respectful and precise manner, there is not the slightest hint of this in this game. This game is more like cultural theft.

I really am interested in the stealth character and I like the stealth gameplay shown, but I know Ubisoft and I feel like this is just another bait and switch - the stealth gameplay will be surface level and boring again like the last few entries. The last few ac games were good games but not good og style assassins creed type games. I feel like that's what we want as fans, I'm ok with there being a 2nd character that focuses on only action, but please give us a legit stealth game again
With all that Ubisoft shitstorm, i wanted to see it myself, there is some good things and some Bad. AT first as i am a white Guy (married to a black girl, sooo) i will not at all emphatized myself with the caracter, i Guess it would have been better to have the choice, by the way having the choice everywhere is Always the best option. Then it looked good for sure, but not that much polished at all, and as players are now bored to have beta games instead of finished games as they should be, it's amazing to see that even that close from the release, they dont Care about ... Lots of animations are exactly the same (the npc when he walks in the street, but also some moving animations, sometimes some frames away, also there is AT least 3 or 4 Times where player, or objets have a really strange collision... Also, the IA seems really dumb, but dumb... some should have seen the player when in "ninja mode", it's obious that if you are facing some place at about 10m away, you Can see someone Moving... no one is giving the alarm, or the bodies are never founded, and also, that way opponents wait for their turn to be defeated is soooooooo old, also the scripted fight when you kill two opponents then two other one came from each side, reminds me old arcade gaming, like shooting games, where everything was scripted.... I just wish they will delay the release, and fix the main issues there is, before try to make money on not so well made games finally. And for the visuals, it is surely nice, but so far away of what the engine can do, WE wanted "crisis" like visuals, where it's quite impossible to max out graphic mode... (Sorry for the old exemple, but even now it's stays quite beautifull)

I really am interested in the stealth character and I like the stealth gameplay shown, but I know Ubisoft and I feel like this is just another bait and switch - the stealth gameplay will be surface level and boring again like the last few entries. The last few ac games were good games but not good og style assassins creed type games. I feel like that's what we want as fans, I'm ok with there being a 2nd character that focuses on only action, but please give us a legit stealth game again

With all that Ubisoft shitstorm, i wanted to see it myself, there is some good things and some Bad.
AT first as i am a white Guy (married to a black girl, sooo) i will not at all emphatized myself with the caracter, i Guess it would have been better to have the choice, by the way having the choice everywhere is Always the best option.
Then it looked good for sure, but not that much polished at all, and as players are now bored to have beta games instead of finished games as they should be, it's amazing to see that even that close from the release, they dont Care about ...
Lots of animations are exactly the same (the npc when he walks in the street, but also some moving animations, sometimes some frames away, also there is AT least 3 or 4 Times where player, or objets have a really strange collision...
Also, the IA seems really dumb, but dumb... some should have seen the player when in "ninja mode", it's obious that if you are facing some place at about 10m away, you Can see someone Moving... no one is giving the alarm, or the bodies are never founded, and also, that way opponents wait for their turn to be defeated is soooooooo old, also the scripted fight when you kill two opponents then two other one came from each side, reminds me old arcade gaming, like shooting games, where everything was scripted....
I just wish they will delay the release, and fix the main issues there is, before try to make money on not so well made games finally.
And for the visuals, it is surely nice, but so far away of what the engine can do, WE wanted "crisis" like visuals, where it's quite impossible to max out graphic mode... (Sorry for the old exemple, but even now it's stays quite beautifull)
