Feeling like a hostage to yourself is a trap we do set up in our minds if it’s fear, stress, depression or anything. We need to use our hearts to break free from what holds us down and keeps us from moving forward in our lives. Its a fantastic and powerful song you guys delivered!!!
Not really hearts, hearts are what make us feel that way, because hearts feel, not mind. We need to rationalize with our minds and find a way out of the mess. We could be anything in the world if we use our minds well, steel our resolve and strenghten our hearts.
@@komotauskej1799 That’s true too, but everyone overcomes their hardships and struggles differently. I personally believe my greater strength to overcoming my hardships in life would be through my heart. If there was any motivation to change what’s negative in my life or mind set. The motivation in myself to get me out of those negative feelings or experiences would be between my heart and my soul that gives me the will to overcome anything.

To almost letting my depression win to now using my demons to push myself further when working out to make it to my goal. The band gives me strength to not let my depression win.
