- It's not a question of if, but when, that neck on that cheap archtop guitar you just bought is going to cut loose. Here is a practical way to avoid spending $400 on a $100 guitar. Just one step in the build out of the "California Junkpile".

The difference between endoscope and borescope is the Endoscope goes in your rear endo, and after that anything else is just a bore.
If you did like I did and watched twoodfrd's drop just before Paul's excellent demonstration, we might've got that backwards.
thank you, Why not just use a long wood screw that catches the block behind the neck heel? and could it be a long strap button screw? I just got a cheapo Kay/Silvertone N1 that I'm thinking of doing this with?
Wood screws work loose. Fine threaded bolts with nylon insert nuts not so much. Remember not to bolt down to far because the joint gets thinner further down and you can actually break the neck part off. Thanks for watching
