It's the exact moment Kenshin falls in love with her when she tells him that the man she met was Kenshin Himura, not Battousai. The look Kenshin gives her at that moment says it all. This was a man who thought very little of himself because of his past--because of the lives he took. He felt he didn't deserve happiness, but here was Kaoru not only offering her home to him but her whole-hearted trust. If you look closely, you will realize that an umbrella is used as a beautiful symbol of their relationship. When Kenshin becomes lost in the past -- when the trauma of it all pours, rains and overwhelms him (esp in The Final), it's Kaoru that goes after him to offer an umbrella and bring him back to the present. She does this in the Origins movie and in The Final. Kaoru is that person to Kenshin. She grounds him, she is his strength, his will to live, and his happiness.
You're right! I also thought that was an adorable scene. If my memory serves me right, that happened after he was incarcerated for that dojo fight. It's a shame, they didn't include that.
I just finished watching “The Beginning”. Thanks to Netflix, we could get a chance to see Rurouni Kenshin saga. Netflix is like the Olympics of entertainment both films & TV series. I just wished that the part where kenshin said his goodbye to kaoru made just like with the anime where it was dark with fireflies in the place, i think that was lit..
They deserve each other ❤️
Favorite Anime adaptation! It's beyond amazing. The actors were really incredible.
Best compilation of Kenshin and Kaoru after Tomoe tragic love story😢
Sato is real life kenshin, love him
Netflix is bringing Takeru Satoh back in 2022 with a new show called "First Love". I'm so excited to share him with the world yall have no idea. 😭❤️
I really hope that you will shoot another sequel with these two charming lovers))) they have amazing chemistry)))
Takei Emi soo cute
I love this movie, I've seen all parts
2:14 this scene was such a letdown. in the anime, i remember it was nighttime when kenshin said goodbye to kaoru and then the fireflies fluttered and kaoru broke down after kenshin left. idk why they didnt do it exactly but i know when i watched this scene from the anime, i remember how sad it was and beautiful at the same time. it was one of my fave scenes in the anime which made me love the series more. not only was it the first time kenshin showed affection, but it was also so moving how he had to leave and properly said goodbye to kaoru. i felt betrayed when they did their liberties on this scene. it didnt have the impact like it was in the anime. despite that, i love everything in the rurouni kenshin movie adaptations. so well done ♥
you forget the part were kenshin said to kaoru that he want to past the rest of his life with her. htat moment was just perfect
I fuckin love this franchise! The original anime, Trust & Betrayal, and the live action movies are all incredible.
More RuroKen contents pleaseee 😭💖
I can't believe that i still crazy about this couple after 2 decades
The last time that I saw a movie like this was Shinobi. This is pretty good. one of the best.
samurai x will always be my forever favorite anime.. it made me read japanese history since the war and dynasty was very intriguing... next are inuyasha and naruto ofcourse...
Tomoe is the reason why Kenshin values life.
KenKao,the central focus of Roroken's Manga, anime and live action.
Love this so much film....fortunately there were not sequel special romance only kenshin and kaoru...hope big so much they will appear in the same film....love love love them
This is the best live Action movie ive seen. Takeru Sato was amazing 😍 i loved the fighting Szene and the development between those two😍😍😍😍
I went to the settings o request this movie and after 1 week it was shown on Netflix. Couldn't be happier! One of the best movies ever made.
Takeru Sato the best Japanese actor I ever seen since watching Rurouni Kenshin & its sequels. He has the charisma & attitude.
Kaouru is so cute
Kaoru and Kenshin are the best ❤
I am now obsessed with Kenshin x Kaoru thanks to this clip! Their moments are too short in the movies 😪
@rally vincent sadly, i am not into anime or manga
@@ayasofya6336 manga >>> live action movies
@@annadomingo3153 yeah i just finished the tv series. Probably I will look into the manga soon 😉
@rally vincent hi sorry to bother you but can you tell me where do I read the manga? I seriously need more KenKao moments. Thanks! :)
Im so happy that Takei Emi has a child and is happy, but i dont understand why because of this she lost her career? Like, why she cant have a baby and still be the amazing actress she is.
This is d sad reality in showbiz industry :( actresses who are having baby will be less valuable .. as i thought
Omg I had no idea she lost her career because of that... 😔😔
@@joonfanatic2140 I don't know if she lost her career, but since she's still in the final movie, maybe not entirely. I just know she violated her contract with her agency and her endorsements, I guess, when she got pregnant/married because of her supposed innocent/pure image that she has to maintain, which is also the reason of the delay of the movie. I'm glad that they still waited for her tho and been consistent on the original cast.
I love thier chemistry..i love kenshin and kaoro's scenes
Thank u Neflix for THE FINAL. That's the best of part. Perfect..!! 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Kenshin and Kaoru ForEver✨💖
Best movie of 2021... Love Satoh Takeru and Takei Emi. Please feature more Japanese movies.

Rurouni Kenshin is the best saga ever.... such a beautiful films...
The best love team ever,, ☺️😆
thank you Netflix for this!
Thank you so much for compiling these moments.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The actor portrays Kenshin’s stoicism and goofiness too freaking well…it scares me how perfect it is
Best anime and Live Action adaptation!
I Watch it again and again specially “The Beginning” so touching sad ending. Tomeo Yukishiro her soft voice and accent so pure
They've come through a long journey and now that they ended the series with the beginning looking at them make me cry
I just finished see all of the five movies of this story. It was very good!!
One of the greatest action films of all time in the western and eastern hemispheres!
This is the compilation that I needed
I love the final part more than the beginning
