It depends on the high school. When I played basketball, different schools had different outfits and dances for cheerleaders. Some were more modest; some looked like this. What's creepy is when the male basketball coach compliments you're underage sister's butt.

Mine did, and I think it depends on the school's dress code policies. I went to 2 different highschools. The one I went to for my freshman year, were VERY flexible with their dress codes, you could wear basically whatever you wanted. Then the one I graduated from were very strict. 3 finger straps for girls, no baggy pants for the guys, etc. So when it came to the cheerleading and drill team outfits they were skimpy for the first highschool and COMPLETELY covered up for the other highschool.
