    • @BassByTheBay

      His string tension is literally around 20 lbs (9 kg), so he's basically swinging a small trampoline.

    • @rivera8414
      @rivera8414 Месяц назад +3

      I’d say he main difference with most ATP forehands is the very short backswing and the mostly forearm swing. Leads to increased control but decreased power. His very low string tension increases his power but decreases his control.

    • @turntech4776
      @turntech4776 Месяц назад +4

      @@rivera8414the weird part about strings is that whilst everyone says low tension means more power less control and high tension means less power more control (spin). If you’re a power player, you play with high tension, because you need the extra tension to keep your shots in and the spin to counteract your power. Crafty very control based players like mannarino use low tension strings because it allows them to focus on control due to not having to swing very much

      @karlpopper3246 Месяц назад +9

      Wada does not think Sinner has doped, this is quite clear. Only appeals on the point he may have been negligent.
      A ban may be eliminated entirely from the picture as a result of No Fault or Negligence when an individual can establish that they did not know or suspect, or could not have reasonably known or suspected, even with the utmost caution that they had violated an anti-doping rule.
      The matter was adjudicated independently. ITIA has ruled the player is innocent, there is no fault or negligence, just gave him a sanction for objective responsibility eliminating the Indian Wells result. ITIA is an independent tribunal.
      This is the first time in history WADA appeals the decision of an independent tribunal. Sinner is treated worse than 100% of sportsmen before him. In the past, WADA has only appealed federation and national anti-doping decisions and sanctions. Also, if there is fault or negligence sanction must include cancellation of all results according to anti-doping law, so Wada is contradictory.
      Negligence means knowing. WADA must prove Sinner knew - good luck to them - and also that he is the greatest idiot on Planet Earth, because the quantity is one billionth of a gram and he would have risked the destruction of his career for that. Objective responsibility is not negligence.

      @karlpopper3246 Месяц назад

      @@nikhils2381 The problem is that the ruling is still open and it should not.
      I find that Wada saying they do not wish to disqualify Sinner from 2024 results are admitting implicitly he was not negligent. If you are negligent you must be disqualified. The fact another independent tribunal ruled for innocence and had opinions from 3 prestigious doctors doping experts connected to Wada that pointed to the innocence of Sinner … makes this matter unbelievable unprecedented and hugely damaging to the reputation of Sinner.
      This is a sort of double jeopardy.
      More concretely it is impossible to prove negligence because the staff of Sinner had bought the product for themselves not for him. How does Wada plan to prove Sinner knew he could have been administered that through the massage? Knowledge is needed for negligence and objective responsibility is not negligence and was already sanctioned.
      I think he has 80 pct chance of winning and 20pct of losing which is huge since he was acquitted already. Why 20pct? Because this matter smells badly.
      I also think the request up to 2 years is very high and is incompatible with the request not to disqualify for pst events. Makes me think Wada would like to negotiate, but Sinner will not.

Sinner is innocent, and he also was sprayed before the US open to PROVE that he had no steroids in his system.
      So tell me exactly how he’s under the influence of doping even after tests. Answer me. Or maybe you prefer to cry because you’re so salty that he’s done more in a year than you did in a lifetime.

      @@vinny6_9 He’s sprayed before and after the matches and there’s nothing. Are you gonna keep whining? Sinner has more accomplishments in one year than you have in a lifetime.

    All of these grunts, they must be part of the game. It is intimidating to the opponent.

      it’s natural to grunt when exerting a lot of force, and also creates rhythm which is very important in tennis

    Tennis would be so much better if all that groaning were outlawed on the court, but if the ATP & WTA won't do that, just tell the male players that the reason Sinner is beating all of them is because he doesn't use up all of his oxygen by groaning.

    Looks seeded players must play 500-1000 tournaments even not really heal yet the injuries. Please Tennis associations must give them more time for their future and for tennis future too. As can see Sinner not fully recovered yet, from his shots , steps , his decision making on the court still lack behind.
