My favorite thing about this music video is what it doesn't say and doesn't do. Instead of other Worlds music videos where it's just a collage of top players holding some current meta characters weapons or outfits, there's a relatable and gradual story being built up shown through the visuals alone. The beginning showing the Earth at night time, a player locking in and grinding out what is presumably ranked, the actual depiction of fighting down below in the trenches of ranks shown by the light steraks manuevering in that hellish ruins looking area, and then the feeling of defeat from getting a team together and actually playing at some locals and losing leading to the long grind up of rising the ranks till the point that they are literally on top of the world (they are top challenger) and the final stage left for them is the grandest stage of them all. The cool thing about this is that this cinematic can be applied to any esports game in general. The lack of famous league players holding/wearing famous league characters weapons or outfits makes this such a more personable and energetic dispaly.
The Gods music video is literally telling the story of Deft’s struggles to cement himself as a god of the game and finally win a world championship. I’m sure there are other worlds songs that encompass a similar story too

This one captures the spirit of competition like no other. The others are about pros competing against each other, this one feels more relatable, it's a bunch of average joes that go from amateur to pro. The story in this MV is just unparred, it captures the struggle, the up and downs of competing. It's honestly such a moving and inspiring MV.

Can’t believe this song is almost 10yrs old. I remember when my friends introduced me to LOL back in S2, the endless summer nights and ranked games we played. Man time flies so quickly, enjoy your youth guys! I’m turning 24 this year and have been on and off league and my friends that introduced me to it don’t do it anymore unfortunately, everyone is busy and life is busy.

When the song, or more like the video first came, and League was still on it's peak and prime, I loved it. It didn't make me believe that I can change the world, but it made me believe in myself, that I should practice, and grind to get to the top, and eventually in the world championship. It motivated me and was really epic, I wanted to be like them, and shi. I believed "We're all in this, just different houses, same game."
