Both of these pieces are a grand success! Sunny is such a versatile choreographer; her work has and always will be a pleasure to watch and perform. Good luck Sunny!
Sunny's work is awesome! She does great Musical Theatre choreography too---she really knows how to interpret the music well and how to bring out the personalities of the dancers she is working with.
What I love about Sunny's choreography, especially her more contemporary choreography, is that, as an audience member... I can relate to it, somehow. Whenever it begins, I start to smile. As technically and choreographically proficient as it is, it's not overwhelming. The audience wants to watch it.
I'll take the second half as a compliment...I've seen a lot of Balanchine but would never use his vocabulary as my own...therefore, if it ran as smoothly as a Balanchine piece, thank you!
Thanks for the comment. Because this was for a choreographic competition, I was required to add certain elements to the title and could not include names. If you check out my other works, you'll see the same dancers and names are provided.
Can't please everyone...I would like to mention that these specific pieces were chosen based on the parameters of the competition. If you are looking for more contemporary choreography, I request that you check out my other two pieces. They may be more suitable to your taste. What's wrong with observing the human form in its nakedness? Elaborate costuming can mask deficient choreography. Interesting that your comments were largely referencing the dancers, not the choreography.

This so wonderful, I love both pieces. But I was wondering who the dance members are, would be nice to know there identities.
Thanks! I appreciate the support. Do I know you?
Amazing how the last two comments are so alike ;) coincidence?
According to the specifications of the competition, choreographers are permitted to show excerpts from two works.
