On Jan 14, almost all the flights from all airlines got delayed and canceled. Indigo became the talk of town because Indigo was having the highest number of flights to be operated.
Sad for the cabincrew and lead crew who handled all the anger without any mistake. The Lead crew must have been embarrassed for coming late but she wasn’t late as she came as the last minute replacement due to the extended Duty period of previous crew.
So clap for the cabin crew & ground crew who handled everyone without their mistake. 🙏

Every mode of transport was delayed during those days as the fog was dense. Trains were running late. 5-6 hours. The crew can only do this much . . People should understand that safety lapses can cause serious issues. A fatigued pilot cannot fly. As we get late on the way , the crew can also get late. Yes the hygiene part was very poor. The tissue in the glass was actually gross.

illiterate behaviour by aditya and onkar. it's very normal situation in winters due to fog. crew shortage rehta hai and crew alag alag base se bulwana bhi pad sakta hai. u have no idea how much the crew suffers in such situation. On top of that you mocking the crew, groundstaff, and calling pilot a driver shows u really are uneducated.

I should say hats of to the crew because its not easy to handle a full flight with 3 crew where customers were not at all supportive . Sometimes its happen not only with indigo with other airlines too . Because there are a lot of procedure for everything in the aviation sector . And pilot's are not driver . You cant tell them like that cause you cant fly a plane you don't have that education so yaaa . Its totally fine just this time the lead took little long .
I would like to say that, a pilot is not a driver. Everyone can drive but not everyone can fly. It requires CPL which cannot be obtained by everyone. To become a pilot you have to spend lacs and nearly a crore. It's a reputed job. Other than that, you have a high salary too. Being a pilot is not easy, you have to work at odd hours. So, that you can reach your destination. I completely understand your condition that it's pathetic and tiring to stay at the airport for long hours. You should complain to the airport authority or the company about such issues. Airlines should also see that punctuality is followed and respect for all pilots.
It's not only Indigo, everyone who flies that day i.e. 14 Jan experiences this with every airline be it Indigo or Air India everyone's flight got delayed.

everyone should understand that delay due to natural cause is not in the hand of anyone. Its better to be late than to be in aplane crashing due to bad weather.
But after delay they are giving excuses that pilot is not there head crew is not there that's bcz of less staff and more flights and also the tissue thing is not appreciated

I really like their videos but these one is not good sometimes they also upload their videos after 2 days becoz of network issues and same goes with airlines to I know it is frustating to wait for so long but the airlines are responsible for safety of passengers also if they take off the flight in fog it is not good for passengers also I like that in starting he was saying that it's okay to delay flight due to weather and airlines also have to understand these to take responsibility of passengers refreshment etc but to show crew or irritate them is really not good thing

Well i think if fog is natural clamity then its not new in India ..then why not civil aviation work or make time table as per weather n season...india mein new weather condition nai..we all know winters every time this happen..why dont they work and allow passenger to suffer.. we all pay tax for better services.keeping calm is ok but why not govt work also in there part too..n improve a lil..
