  • Potato finger fries are everyone’s favourite. So why make Banana finger chips?
    Bananas are low in fat and cholesterol and also easy to digest. The carbohydrate and nutrient content of bananas is exceptionally high, especially vitamin B. It is a rich source of calcium, magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus. Moreover, I think we can all agree that having a variety of snack options is always a good idea.
    This recipe video will show you how to make perfect french fries at home using basic ingredients that can be enjoyed by adults and kids alike. Why choose harmful snacks when you can just as easily prepare your own at home with healthy ingredients?
    Ingredients:
    4-6 raw green bananas
    1 cup semolina
    1 cup water
    1 tbsp salt
    1 tbsp red chili powder
    1 tbsp garam masala
    Some freshly chopped coriander
    2-3 finely chopped green chilies
    Recipe:
    1. Take 4-6 raw green bananas.
    2. Cook for 15-20 minutes in a pressure cooker till they soften.
    3. Peel and grate the bananas.
    4. Heat the pan on a medium flame.
    5. Put 1 cup of semolina to it and toast for 1-2 minutes.
    6. Mix well after adding 1 cup of water.
    7. Switch off the gas burner once it starts resembling a dough.
    8. Cover the semolina for 2-3 minutes.
    9. Transfer the semolina to a bowl and add bananas, salt, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander and green chilies.
    10. Mix all the ingredients.
    11. Make a patty out of the mixture.
    12. Roll them lengthwise by pressing lightly.
    13. Heat some oil over a high flame and add the fries one by one to the pan.
    14. Fry them until golden-brown.
    Serve hot with ketchup, mint chutney or mayonnaise!
