  • This is how I use my ResMed AirMini for overlanding/camping when I go on my road trips. First, I take an AirMini. It is way smaller and more importantly, I have have humidity using humidX while still being more power efficient than my AirSense Machine. This means I can take a small CPAP battery when I go on an overnight hike or if I am without power.
Those using high pressure, will need larger powered batteries. But for those 10cm and under, a small 85Wh battery will give you enough for about 8 hours. Personally, I do not use a high pressure and therefore never need a larger battery. I also usually sleep 6-7 hours while in a tent, so power is a non-issue for me.
To charge up, I use my GaN charger when I stop at hotels/campsites. And also use my 12v car charger to keep my batteries topped up. Hope this answers your CPAP travel questions!

That's not really true about using other masks with the AirMini. You can get an adapter allowing you to connect a normal hose to the AirMini, and then get an HME filter (I think the ones I've bought are Breas) for humidification. I'm using this setup with a ResMed F40 mask.

interested to know the battery bank you are using - it has a dc connector necessary for the resmed mini - i wonder if there is a way to pair a solar panel to recharge...
