Your creativity and design efforts to make it entertaining are impressive. Kudos for being open about what didn't work and were willing to scrap it. Everything is very impressive. I'm still trying to figure out how you keep up with the vehicles when filming over such a long track... Do you use some sort of camera dolly or just run alongside the action? Hoping to learn from some of the best... Thanks!
Thanks! It’s a sprint! 😅 But using a gimbal for the chase cam is critical for stabilization. I can shoot from 4’ in front of the start and then an added finish line cam can capture the opposite end on up to the crest of the jump so the distance ends up less extreme. Like most tracks, it will take time to find cam settings and where ya need to be to capture what you’d like to see and not see. Eventually it all becomes muscle memory. 👍
