Absolutely gorgeous Thunderbird!.....
The most beautiful TBird ever, especially in that color combination. I owned a '64 Tbird in 1966 and it was fast, comfortable and had all the new trick designs for the interior that was cooler than nearly every other car.
If only Ford still cared like they did back then.
Fourth gen T-Bird is still probably my favorite car 'ever'. Remember coming up on a convertible with a white interior in a parking lot for the first time and being stunned by the beauty of that interior back in the mid sixties; it's automotive sculpture. Third gen was pretty cool too...
The old Thunderbirds are extraordinarily good looking cars. Much better looking the the more modern versions of them imo.
My mom had one just like this car, except it had the blue interior, it was a very nice car with good power.
What a gorgeous car, sad they don't make modern cars as classy
In 1965 I put together a model car of a 65' Tbird. 64-66 TBirds are beautiful cars.
I did the same (laughing); can't remember any longer if it was a 64 or a 65 though. Was my favorite car...
The wrap around rear seat is classy. My uncle had a brand new 62' TBird.
I had a '65 T-Bird. Great car
lindo carro, uma obra de arte até hoje👋
I would drive this thing anywhere. Super awesome riding car.
Beautiful. My favorite 'Bird year, and a classy paint scheme.
In ‘66 that styling was out of this World 🛸
Very beautiful amazing perfect looking car wow beautiful thanks friend have a very nice day
One of Fords best car designs EVER! The front grill area had hints of the Mustang too.
No doubt!
Daytons DO look great on this. Has a very nice classy/sporty look to it. Thanks for posting.
Beautiful ♥️✨🔥
My father had 1964, and we drove all around the west coast USA in it.
Hopefully to have a chance to drive this weekend. My white 1966 Ford Thunderbird. I've been working all summer. Haven't had the chance to enjoy the car. But I own one.
Beautiful car. Love it.
I was about to buy one of these with a 428 in it as my first car that was not a hand me down in 1975 out of high school. The owner decided not to sell it. Ended up buying a 69 Ply, Road Runner.
Still a good choice! 👍
I had one. Put an 8 Track player in it and cruised around with all the town's pretty college girls! Loved the engine!
This is a beautiful car.
The 390 was standard but a 428 was an option in 1966! my buddy's dad had woe with a 428.
This the best selection love the lights make it future
Very cool old bird
A beauty!
So damn nice
These cars came from the factory with optional fender skirts for the lowrider look which I like better.
The fender skirts are in the trunk!
@@I95Muscle Then I would immediatley proceed in removing the chrome fender trim and install the fender skirts for the instant lowrider look.
All 1955-1965 T-Birds came with Fender skirts except the 1962-63 Sport Roadsters. In 1966 fender skirts were an option. If one ordered WITHOUT fender skirts they had rear wheel opening trim much like the wheel opening trim on the front fenders.
Very few cars from that era with v8s were underpowered.
Awesome 👍
Beautiful car
That is beautiful, just needs some stock wheels and the dash toupee sorted to be perfect
The factory wheel covers are in the trunk!
@I-95 Muscle very cool!
Did y'all watch the video?
They tended to jump into reverse in park when running. Was a recall be careful 😮
428 on 66', they made a lot of them.
You didn't show the turn signals working
Power front disc brakes 65 was the first year
What's under the dash rug? Beautiful car! 😍👍
The LED headlights are awesome! Where are they available?
Currently boasting a checkbox for a $20 off coupon at shorturl.at/nFWY1
speedo on 1961 Buick le Sabre
is sharp also.
I though the speedometer read green up to 40 miles an hour, then it turned amber. Red doesn't show until 70 MPH
Not on the Tbirds, just a drum that turns. I do recall a Nissan back in the 70s doing that tho.. maybe 🤔
Nice, was the dash rug. And the coffee cup in the left back part of the engine (the one with faded Mr. Donut head with a chain both optional ? 5:47
Wish it had a price??
Cars that are available have prices on www.i95muscle.com. This one is no longer available.
Beautiful car. What did they call that color?
Medium Aqua Poly (12993)
Did not see this in listing, is it still available
Not right now, but the current owner mentioned selling it soon. Keep your eyes on www.i95muscle.com!
how much do want for this car
Here's the listing link! www.i95muscle.com/1966-ford-thunderbird-town-landau-hope-mills-nc-28348/7185360
@@I95Musclelink shows no thunderbird ?? So how much did it self for ??
Beautiful. Remarkable condition especially the interior. My parents had a 64, blue interior otherwise exactly the same. With rear windows. They were great cars in their day. But not so much today. I really wanted to buy one a few years ago but they are no match for cars today except for that interior.
What are the dimensions on those rims, are they 16x7?
I think they were 18x9.
That Landau bar looked really dumb on the Tbird. Those years Ford was trying to morph the Tbird into a mini Lincoln.😮
I agree. I've always known that "thingy" meant it was a Landau model. But, I didn't know it was called a Bar until now. 😊
Too bad they didn't make the T Bird with a fastback roof like the Galaxy
How much is it?
This one has been purchased. Current inventory is on www.i95muscle.com
Why no price ?
Prices go on www.i95muscle.com
Gotta take it for a real drive, not around the building.
That is exactly what the person who bought it did.
Ed lies to everyone his mom to
Doesn't look right without the skirts.
Good thing they were in the trunk.
Did he say Bach when you were allowed to smoke in cars? Where does he live communist California!? Lol
Well cars don't come with ash trays or lighters anymore
Those wheels look ghetto.
He thinks all the gauges work!
Is it still for sale?
No, but keep your eyes on i95muscle.com, the current owner mentioned selling it soon.
