The people who would say bad things about what you were doing are probably the same ones who, if they bought an animal from a pet store that behaved "badly," would return it as "defective merchandise," instead of working with it to help it learn to trust humans again. People today are so quick to scream "cruelty," without bothering to learn what is truly going on in the situation. I just want to say "thank you" to you for caring about this beardie enough to put forth the enormous amount of effort it had to take to gain her trust, instead of returning her to a breeder for aggression, which would have probably meant a death sentence for her in the breeder's hands. I just got my first beardie, and even I could figure out that was a feeder bin- was glad you were taking a chance on her, and rehabilitating her! There will always be people trolling/making comments because they 1) think they know everything but only know limited info 2) they love to insert their judgement rather than simply ask for more info. I saw nothing wrong in your last video except a poor dragon that was taught to hate from a previous breeder and a new breeder/owner trying to teach her trust and love. You obviously accomplished that and I praise and applaud you for it! A lot of people would have just given up and got rid of their beardie, but not you! Took time for her to bond with me. Wasn't aggressive, just wasn't comfortable at first. Takes time for any animal, especially when their environment changes. But I remember you saying in that first vid "she'll unfortunately never grow out of this"... so glad you were wrong about that bit! She looks so happy.

I watched your first video bout this beardie and from what I saw you were doing what was best to get your beardie to calm down and to get used to you, to see her now you did an awesome job. The problem with posting any videos of having pets that aren't cats and dogs, people are always going to try to bitch and act like something is animal cruelty. It always happens.
It was cute seeing her go from so scared and angry to a loving pet as you showed her here. People are very self righteous when it comes to animals I've noticed. Anytime something isn't right with an animal of yours, they always want to make up some over-dramatic (and untrue) reason why it's your fault. Good work dude.

I just got my first beardie, and even I could figure out that was a feeder bin- was glad you were taking a chance on her, and rehabilitating her! There will always be people trolling/making comments because they 1) think they know everything but only know limited info 2) they love to insert their judgement rather than simply ask for more info. You're doing good work!

I saw nothing wrong in your last video except a poor dragon that was taught to hate from a previous breeder and a new breeder/owner trying to teach her trust and love. You obviously accomplished that and I praise and applaud you for it! A lot of people would have just given up and got rid of their beardie, but not you! You stuck to your guns and you taught her how to love and trust humans! Good job and keep doing what you're doing!

You're awesome, man. Amazing transformation on this rescued bundle of scaly love. I have a rehomed dragon, myself... wasn't abused or anything, just couldn't be kept up with anymore. Took time for her to bond with me. Wasn't aggressive, just wasn't comfortable at first. Takes time for any animal, especially when their environment changes. But I remember you saying in that first vid "she'll unfortunately never grow out of this"... so glad you were wrong about that bit! She looks so happy.
