I will say that isn't always how panic attacks are. I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and mine is just me panicking in my head while physically I dissociate and it looks like I'm staring into an empty void that isn't there while inside I'm screaming for my chest to stop hurting so much and for myself to calm down. I think it would've been cool to see that it's the kind most people don't know is a panic attack because, for a lot of people, they are so bad they dissociate during them including myself. Also most people who have panic attacks hate physical touch after because the smallest thing could set them off again. Even just moving a finger can set them off.
Hey uh I just have a question since you seem to know a bit about panic attacks.. it was awhile ago during a big storm which I already hate and it was already pretty stressful and I got a tornado warning which you may know, those alarms are scary asf.. though around a minute later the wind grew stronger and I don’t even know what it was but I was shaking a lot and I was kind of cold? It reminded me of getting the chills but multiple times in a row.. I was also breathing a bit fast.. do you know if that was a panic attack or was I just being like overdramatic like normal..
@@-gh0styyy- that's happended to me multiple times before, sometimes it does escalate into full blown panic attacks, I think it could be mild panic attacks but I'm not sure I'm not a professional
@@-gh0styyy- Sounds more like an anxiety attack. I think all the stress of the storm and everything caused it. And Anxiety attacks, in difference to panic attacks, typically are triggered via stress or other reasons while panic attacks are rather sudden and you don't expect them most of the time. Anxiety attacks also typically don't last as long as a panic attacks. However, please do know that without visual representation this could be wrong but it is the most likely case. And also know anxiety and panic attacks are normal, even people who don't have any anxiety disorders or anything get them from time to time, people who do have disorders are just much more prone to them. If you are concerned for yourself however please seek help then it can be extremely beneficial. I have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and it feels like a breath of relief having a diagnosis to not feel like one of those tiktok fakers.
Hey I have a question since you seem to know about panic attacks maybe like a month ago I was sitting in my bed and thinking about something’s in life and I just started to feel scared about life and death I had a little trouble breathing and I was crying a little and. Blaming myself for everything and that continued for maybe a few minutes . so is that like a panic attack sorry
It's sad that lots of people get panic attack 😥 But I'm glad that you don't get them that much anymore 😁 But talk to someone you trust if you are feeling down or you want to vent
