The ring light in the before the picture is placed on the left side which naturally creates a more dramatic look because the shadow is falling on the other side creating a much more harsh look (because of the shadow the lines & wrinkles appear deeper and worse). Please, for future comparisons use the same lighting position and technique. I am a videographer myself and when I want to create a dramatic look I always put a light a bit to the side so one side is less lit. The after look of the face is in fact better I just dislike the fact that you tried to over enhance it by using a different lighting setup.
Thank you Silvana, we're glad you liked the video! ❤️ We offer reduced pricing for larger ml packages; the cost of 5mls with our founder Dr Rupert would be £1800. For more info, visit our website here: www.vivaskinclinics.com/treatments/non-surgical-facelift/
Thanks for the side by side comparison, deffo can see the side profile is better after. My question is with ageing, we lose bone volume and at the same time the skin quality decreases and laxes. So with putting in so much filler, would she have trouble eg filler migration? eg further skin stretching and skin quality continue to worsen? So once she gets onto this train of filler, she won't be able to stop and her face will eventually get bigger and bigger? This just sounds logical to me. 5ml is incredible because I understand that filler can remain for a long time in fact years. Thanks.

I would recommend people not get fillers if they are planning for a facelift down the line when they hit their late 50's/60's as it makes it much more difficult to do. Do your research!
