If I Film Scored Creed or Rocky...
“Rocky Remembers” deleted scene rescoring from Creed (Rocky).
Here is the first of what I hope will be a bunch of "If I Scored ______ Series". Practicing my film scoring skills and sharing some fun with the fans!
I am a big fan of Sylvester Stallone and the Rocky and Creed series of films.
The emotional storytelling by the filmmakers and the acting by Michael B. Jordan and Sylvester Stallone combined with the wonderful music of American composer and conductor William (Bill) Conti pulls at the heartstrings every time.
Since it is from Creed, I tried to blend some modern lo-fi feel with the recognizable themes from the Rocky series. I really tried to embellish the emotional tones and themes.

What do you use to transfer the video to your DAW?

For the capture I used OBS to vid capture it. And then I just loaded it into Cubase to score to.
