Did you make the clicks/adjustments in addition to the factory settings? I live in Canada and unable to ride mine (too much snow/ice). I purchased my new black Explore last fall, put in in my truck to get it home, parked it in the garage and it's driving me crazy not being able to have even test ridden it yet. It has a solid 8km on the odometer still from the dealer, lol! Keep us updated on what settings you found most compliant. Thanks for the content!
@@Goodlord-help yes that would certainly be very frustrating, thankfully in Australia we don’t have snow issues impacting riding haha. I think it more comes down to personal preference and trial and error. If you’re doing a lot of road riding more firm would be preferred but it’s a compromise when going off road. Sorry I know that’s not very helpful but also comes down to rider weight and how much gear you’re carrying. To get started I used the recommendations in the manual and have worked from there.
Hey there. I am a friend of Briff - we wnt to Tintaldra over the Cup Weekend - on a Pan America. Great work on the footage Would you fellas be keen on a Australia Day Long weekend - 50% dirt Day 1 - Geelong - Marysville - Matlock - Licola - Dargo - Omeo Day 2 - Omeo - Wheelers Creek Hut - Gibb Road - Mitta - Mt Beauty - Bright
@@bradg.3306 yes that’s correct, and one full rotation on rear spring and one and half lines in on front shock. Still it’s a bit of trial and soon we’re going bush so will interesting how it feels.
Nice footage! Definitely on the bucket list!

We don’t have brown snakes down this way, it’s a tiger snake 🐍
@@EddyOtway we’ve seen a few tigers in the otways but this one didn’t look very stripy.
@ yeah some are like that, you must’ve ridden during the week with the lack of traffic on the GOR.
@ nah just super early in the morning
