It’s such a shame and sad for the new gens. BB set an expectation from the beginning though unlike the new generations. They were put out as the bad boys or as YG put it the ugly ones (which we all agree they are far from ugly), they had collabs with female artists from the very start, they were filmed with 2ne1 all the time, had female friendships and even had half naked western woman in their MV’s. VIP’s were never really mislead into thinking they were virgin innocent boys, that’s not the image they ever put out. These new generations have that “innocent” image that appeals to very young fans which makes it very hard for them to get away from, resulting in insane stupid fantasy and jealousy.

I dont agree with those who say the MV is boring. In my opinion it holds so much meaning and I was honestly soo touched while watching this. I think it's been done amazingly, I'm so glad YG is doing something different. If this is boring what do u guys want? A mv with him just dancing? No thanks. It’s such a shame and sad for the new gens. BB set an expectation from the beginning though unlike the new generations. They were put out as the bad boys or as YG put it the ugly ones (which we all agree they are far from ugly), they had collabs with female artists from the very start, they were filmed with 2ne1 all the time, had female friendships and even had half naked western woman in their MV’s. VIP’s were never really mislead into thinking they were virgin innocent boys, that’s not the image they ever put out. These new generations have that “innocent” image that appeals to very young fans which makes it very hard for them to get away from, resulting in insane stupid fantasy and jealousy.

... just out of curiosity do people know the lyrics because i think it really does fit the lyrics and the song- the music is upbeat but the MV is darker so it contrasts. I think a lot of people had WAY TOOO HIGH Expectations for someone like Taeyang and YG who do what they want not to meet expectations. I agree there are some weak points but some of y'all are just way too picky.

This one is like a prequel of Eyes Nose and Lips. Why the picture(memory) of a woman's face had to be burned is explained here a bit. Obviously it's because they broke up and got together several times and finally the relationship went completely over. The man tried hard to forget her by hanging out with other friends but couldn't help but thinking of her. ... that sort of story.
