Thanks, Mike. Your instructional video was of great help. I set-up my Rarotonga 401 TC for the first time this week on a short camping trip. The pitching was fairly easily and intuitive. It was the taking down... or should I say the rolling up of the tent that was the challenge. I managed to get it rolled up and into the car. I had to take a look at the video again, when I got home, to see how you placed the front porch/awning so that tent rolled up in a manageable size. Once I saw how you did that I got it rolled up properly and into the bag. Be well.

Love your review and pitching videos. I’ve learnt so much from them thank you. We’ve got one of these on order along with the vestibule. Can’t wait to receive it and set it up.

I have just found your pitching video for the Rarotonga Eco Redux. That is more like it with an explanation all the way through.

A very helpful video, but it would perhaps be even more helpful if you added a voiceover describing not only what you are doing but also why. Just as an example, at 13:14 you unzip the side window, but why is that necessary? to help get the air out I suppose, but a commentary would help explain. Also you can then highlight details like where to use the metal pegs and where to use the plastic pegs, on packing up should the bedroom door be open, etc.? When I unpacked my brand new 401 today it was folded in from the front and the back, but I notice you pack in from the sides - did you find it easier to do it this way or just no particular reason?
