Hey Martin, this isn't about opposing your dream. I want to bring some points to your and the public's attention:
1. Developing an app might sound easy, but it’s not as simple as it seems. The cost of developing and operating the app will be at least 5-10 lakh every year. Revenue won't be generated at this level within your ward, and the government won't fund it just for your ward. I hope you’re prepared to cover these expenses.
2. The smart city building, which they constructed, is now managed by a dedicated department. I want to remind you not to try to overstep or take over responsibilities just because it's in your area. Be cautious about what you say on social media; it’s not a game. The multi-car parking building is also run by a specific department. If you’re willing to pay rent to the building owner, that’s fine, but nothing comes free. Just because it’s government property doesn’t mean it’s free, and being in your ward doesn’t grant you control.
It’s disappointing to see you indirectly insult the building’s management and department. Congratulations on your win, but it's time to think carefully. You should make promises you can keep and not make empty claims. Many candidates win elections because of money, but their visions and dreams are often unrealistic.
This kinda people should not be elected next time the public should keep in mind their words n vote next election tf
