Brother, be wary of writing islamic expressions in abbreviations form like you're doing iA for "In Shaa Allah" for example: writing SAW in abbreviated form does not serve that purpose and is devoid of the virtue of writing “salla Allaahu ‘alayhi wa salaam” in full. Moreover, the reader may not take notice of it and may not understand what is meant by it like it took me a while to understand what the letters iA meant and It should also be noted that the symbol used for it is regarded as disapproved by the scholars who warned against it if you don't believe me do your research about it

"And we cannot will unless He wills"
No free will in Islam, that's a shame. I pity muslims.
Muslim: "I submit my will to Allah!"
Also muslim: "I have free will!"
    😆

@@alandscape9783 That's arbitrary, saying one God so it must be true. Because something is simple and easy to comprehend doesn't mean it's true, especially when it concerns God.
But I take it then that you agree on no free will in Islam.

@@madeleine.de.villeparisisYou either submit your will to God or to your own desires / society. I'd rather submit to the creator of you & me. In this life we are being tested and have the free will to choose which path we'll go down. "Live as you will but know that one day you are going to die. Do as you will and know that one day you will be compensated and rewarded accordingly in the hereafter."

@@zoltantrades Sigh... You do not have free will because you have submitted your will to Allah. That was my little joke: a muslim says he submits his will to Allah, directly followed by "I have free will".
Furthermore: "And we cannot will unless He wills". So, your will is controlled by Allah.
I have heard about this testing quite often. It is no good and contradicts God.
If God needs to test us, then that means He doesn't know whether we belong in hell or heaven. He is not all knowing so He doesn't exist.
If He does know but still tests us just for his amusement then He's evil.

@@madeleine.de.villeparisis Regarding the phrase, 'And we cannot will unless He wills,' this is a recognition of God's ultimate authority and control over the universe. It doesn't imply that humans don't make choices; it acknowledges that the scope of human will operates within the broader divine will. It's similar to saying that while a fish has the freedom to swim wherever it wishes in the sea, it remains within the sea, which is part of a larger ecosystem governed by laws beyond its control.
The concept of life as a test doesn't contradict the notion of an all-knowing God. God's omniscience encompasses all things, including the outcomes of our choices. For us to have meaningful free will, we must experience life and make choices without prior knowledge of these outcomes. The test isn't for God to gain knowledge He doesn't already have; it's a framework for moral and spiritual development, a key purpose of human life. God knows all that will happen, this divine knowledge doesn't compel human actions. Our free will is real and impactful, even though, from God's perspective outside of time, all events are already known.
God is not testing us 'for amusement' astaghfirullah... The tests of life are seen as opportunities for growth, learning, and demonstrating our faith and character. They are not for God's benefit, as He is beyond needing anything from us, but for our own development and for the fulfillment of a divine, moral, and spiritual purpose. The submission to Allah is a voluntary and conscious choice, reflecting the exercise of free will within the framework of divine guidance. I'd rather follow the framework laid out by God than a manmade ideology. Who knows you and whats good for you better than the one that created you? You're designed to submit your will to something, so you can choose to worship your own desires, idols, hedonism etc or you can choose to worship the one that created you and everything around you.
