Nice wholesome part of the story, at least at the start. I wasn't expecting the warning at the start of the video, but it makes sense considering the conversation Anne and Sasha had. Anne really was traumatized by how she was forced to hurt Sasha, but a bit more surprising was the emotional issues Sasha had. Up until this point, it seemed like Sasha was the only one of the calamity trio to not have issues while returning to Amphibia, as Anne had her existential crisis, and Marcy had to deal with the physical and psychological scars of her last Amphibia adventure, while also having feelings for Sasha, and wanting to share her with Anne. Sasha always seemed to just have the struggle of her feelings for Anne, but this chapter definitely shed some light on some of the issues she had from her previous Amphibia adventure. Sasha definitely felt bad about the role she played in ruining her friendship with Anne and Marcy, as well as Andrias threatening Amphibia. It makes sense that she would feel so bad that she would even contemplate taking her own life. It makes even more sense that Sasha wouldn't want Anne to tell Marcy, since Sasha told Anne in confidence to help Anne feel better, and Sasha at least has some idea of Marcy's own issues. As serious as Anne and Sasha's conversation is, it's nice to see that they have each other's backs when they need it the most. Also, nice to see Marcy have Anne and especially Sasha's back. Seeing Marcy try to help Sasha with her physical injuries was sweet, while Anne helped Sasha with the emotional injuries, and vice versa. It was good that they acknowledged how even a therapist like Sasha got therapy for herself. The chapter ends on a beautiful note, with playful teasing and flirting between Anne and Sasha. Can't wait for the next part of the adventure.
I'm still kinda hoping for old times to be explored with Percy and Braddock in the next part of the story and they get some closure that Sasha's changed for the better. Yeah Grime must've told them after Sash left Amphibia but 10 year reunion in this story would really be engaging!
@@toadlord8594 this is what I’m hoping for: During their travels, they come across Percy and Baddrock. It’s here that Sasha finally gets her chance to apologize to them, and they forgive her after seeing how much she as changed.
@@toadlord8594Sasha meeting Percy and Braddock again would definitely be an interesting turn of events for Sasha, as part of her could feel like she doesn't deserve to see them again even if she wants to and has changed for the better since she last saw them. It would be nice for Sasha to have proper closure with Percy and Braddock, because despite them leaving on not the best of terms, they still cared for Sasha, or at the very least Percy showed he visibly still cared. It's quite possible that Percy and Braddock would forgive Sasha.

Honestly this is another reason that this Fan comic series is one of the best continuations of Amphibia since it's not restricted into dealing with the more emotional arker themes of Amphibia that Disney couldn't fully allow, which resulted in most of Season 3 (first half) being mixed. Especialy seeing how this chapter Finally opens up on Sasha's emotional wounds of her last experience ni AMphibia after True Colors, something that would've been SORELY needed to be explored in Season 3 more. But least we have fan artists like dr neque to help explore these themes and fill in the gaps as best they could.
All we mostly relied on was our Tunnel vision of things through Anne and the Plantars POV and mostly them with little of the other two girls.
Deep, emotional, and at the end, really cute.
Honestly if Amphibia was a more grown up show we definitely would have seen that everything Sasha was going through in her head more
I know that that is exactly how she felt when everything she did and everyone she cared about was ruined and gone

Even though Matt Braly said the calamity trio weren’t romantically involved and I don’t ship them in this comic it seems cute.

Now that there is no Moon, how will it be affecting the tides and the animals that have some habit or hunting style related to the Moon?. Marcy's medicinal hair, maybe her calamity powers have something to do with it. Anne's loose hair looks amazing, I wonder if Sasha would grow it too. It was all very emotional and intense, especially the subject of suicide. That wouldn't even happened with Disney. With wath I've seen so far I think this is the best fan comic, to continue a story, that exists in the world.
Glad we're FINALLY moving on with the story. The whole hotel plotline was really dragging on.

Agreed. The Hotel storyline was fun and all but it went Way longer than I thought. So here’s hoping that the storyline can truly get going now.
But if that Pebbleridge hint is anything we could be spending about a couple chapters there as a cooldown/ breather before we get moving on.
I needed the hotel arc to serve as a trigger for Marcys transformation, which was the payoff. Cant rush things!

@@CjandStuffz Idk... if you read it again, it doesn't looks long. Maybe it's because it was released over the course of months that it seemed long. Anyways, I prefer to take my time to flesh out characters instead of speedrunning character development just to make the trio meet the plantars (I know that's what most people want)

I feel like Anne can talk about her experience of being in mind control with Marcy because as we all know Marcy also experiences that probably worse so that is a great bonding time with Marcy and Anne.

Is it just me or is the last part very cute
It’s amazing how much better this comic book is from hell horribly the show under played the stuff in the series that a fan made comic is so much better than how Matt Brawly treated the girls
I mean I would blame Disney for not allowing the more darker aspects of Amphibia to be more explored, especially after stuff like Toad Tower and Marcy’s “stabbing”.
How we didn’t see Sasha thoughts about everything after True Colors. Or few more Sasha episodes after Turning Point.
The team was mostly focused on having to make the final season more lighthearted and more on comedy until the finale.
@@toadlord8594 that is very true although that role I got a bit too gruesome when it came to marcy it’s hilarious that he has said in an interview that he considers himself Marcies self insert and yet he is very brutal with that character. Sounds like he wants to self-inflicted him self with pain. I don’t think he’s very stable in real life.
@@toadlord8594 plus I must add this I don’t think Matt Raleigh cares too much for Sasha and that’s why she gets such a little screen time and we only see things through Anne tunnel vision perspective, so it’s not good to just focus on one of the girls when all three of them were sitting Amphibia to the girls get horribly disrespected while the other gets all the happiness it’s too uneven riding

Which feels kinda unfair since Marcy is the show’s most popular character and got the most brutal treatment at the end of Season 2 but we get little time with her in Season 3 since Yunnan and Olivia, which does show more Marcy torture porn especially with the Darcy transformation.
I mean she’s gotten more characterization in Marcy’s Journal at least
@@cartoonloverzxc3237 I’m truth it does pissed me off that this series is/was supposed to be about all 3 girls growing up through their own ordeals into better people and the premise DOES sound engaging. But Anne, being the main character getting most of the focus around Season 1 is understandable since that’s needed to flesh out her character and the Plantars and Wartwood.
This is why Seasons 3 was so frustrating for me even when it started getting good in the second half…eventually into the finale. If Seasons 3 spent more time with Sasha after Turning Point, gave us more content on her and Grime building up the Wartwood soldiers while also giving us more insight on her pov about True Colors and Marcy Truth as well, Season 3A would’ve been more tolerable.
But in my opinion Marcy was more of the co op character alongside Anne for most of Season 2 than being her own main character, her issues are kept in hints until True Colors.
