  • Finally finished up part two. I had used generic o-rings for the oil pipe. Had to pull back down so ordered new gaskets took time. Did a re-hone with a 320 ball. My original was too course and really wore on the rings. Unfortunately you have to order the whole piston to get new rings. This has been a personal nightmare for me but learned a lot. It seems to run really hot and also has 60psi. Someone said may be the performance cam overlap? Runs like a scalded dog though so if 60 is really low then I cant image what it would be with more.

    So far I am still tuning. Current settings 185 main, 20 pilot, 1.25 out on air and 1 clip up on the needle.
