Some beastly sounds you get out of those smaller size drums! I can only guess it's an 18" kick and maybe 8, 10, 13 and 14" toms? Song is pretty bad ass also!
This was 20x20 kick, then 8-10-12-14 toms.

Big thing is just getting your weaker foot stronger. Try playing grooves you already know just using your non dominant foot. Get that snap and control built up. That alone will help with your spacing control at any speed.
