Just Create model and then go to drawing application and create drawing.. then you will have single file for both model and drawing.. i have not started drawing workbench to make video on this.. please wait until i start drawings

you can simply select any plane for sketch from given default datum planes.

while making a 3d model some portion of the model is hidden. and how can I make 2 digits of accuracy in sketching?

to show anything that is hidden you need to check many things
1. Check layers and switch on all layers which has objects
2. show all item by ctrl+shift+U
3. check if last feature is your current feature
in sketcher rapid dimensions you can give any digit value
