Something tells me that they have abused this girl from childhood and still don't care, and I wonder if she is really her father's daughter, just a thought!

Well, if you inform your bank that your signature was forged, the bank itself will block all payments or demand immediate repayment and cooperate with authorities in this criminal case. Why didn't you do that?

You can’t be a signer and a co-signer on the same loan.

This story is a repeat from other web sites written originally in English then translated poorly to another language then translated back to English by someone who did not fully understand how to properly spell English words and spelled them how they sounded even if wrong! What a mess!

The money was not taken from the bank, why go for lawsuit? You should have not accepted compensation from your parents. You will not do any good for the money which you didnot earn by yourself.

The lesson here is her parents wrote a check their butts could not pay. They get no sympathy for committing fraud for a wedding they could not afford while saddling their other daughter with their debt. I would have sued them as well!!! You can't lose a relationship that really didn't exist in the first place.
