The RWS - Pamela Colman Smith is a classic Tarot deck. It is often called the first modern Tarot deck, as the cards drawn by Pamela Colman-Smith and commissioned by Arthur Edward Waite were the first to use detailed pictures on the minor arcana cards. This deck looks EXTREMELY similar to Lo Scarabeo's Tarot Original 1909. He is known to release decks under different names in the US versus Europe (such as the Radiant Wise Spirit Tarot which was originally released in the exact same box and with the same name as your deck in this video). It would be interesting to see your deck from this video side by side with the Tarot Original 1909.
