I have a 2021 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross PHEV and my wife does a 30km round trip to work each day on EV and we fill it with fuel about 8-12 weeks.
I’m now just waiting for the refresh Tesla Model Y.

The Y without stalks ....... that might need to be sold exclusively to a fan - because the majority have 'cluttered' alternatives from which to choose...... BYD etc.

Today's UTE is a mobile blind spot for the rest of us. They have towbars. The tow their toys to their favourite playgrounds. They need twice as much charging when they THINK about it. How many DRIVE-THROUGH charging locations are there for THEM ....where THEY want to GO ???. None !!! .........and we wonder why there are no electric utes ?!.
For them, the Long Weekend remains an ICE festival........and EVs - an irrelevance in the bush. Doh !.

Tesla battery is 8 years guys not 4 years which is only for the car in general.

You said battery fires don’t occur in electric cars. That comment is so untrue it is laughable.
