After inserting sim in this router, whole data pack is being over within half an hour even when i dont use internet at all .. why is it happening so ? Have tried changing passwords also still same issue

Even when we are not using the internet the router checks everytime whether it is connected to the internet.That is the reason why the data package is becoming over.
