Is not that hard, just make a small marks on the ring that hold's the aperture system in correct place, so you not need to adjust it afterwards...
To disassemble.., unscrew the very little setscrew on the side of the front ring then unscrew the ring, it can be very hard to get off so use some very sticky gloves, it will make it much easy'er.
It should then be possible to take out the lensgroup in one single piece... with the lens house...
NEXT, unscrew the front lens group with a spanner or a rubber tool.
It's also.., in my meaning, a lot easy'er to take off the bajonet, because it will be a lot easy' when you assemble again.
Great vid mine has a rogue aperture blade ,should able to fix it now
