I call that a gazebo. Kubota is a brand name of farm and construction equipment. A pergola is like a gazebo, but instead of a roof, a pergola has a horizontal trellis.

Unsolicited advice: ditch the top of the helmet camera mount. That view diminishes the trail and everything you are doing on the bike. If you are anti full face (an under chin mount is best, imho), a tight tight tight chest mount will work great.
