The view of Dubai is amazing.
Interestingly most of the world islands and palms have stopped being developed. There are many financial problems, environmental issues (digging away the sand), stale water issues between islands and the islands sinking with rising water levels. It'll be interesting to see if this project ever fully gets build. This looks great though!
