Raw scallop doesn’t have much of a taste but when it’s chopped with spicy Mayo , you taste the spicy Mayo with a slight fish taste but like not fishy its subtle , imagine like tofu . The best i can explain it 😂 it’s amazing pls try it

You always describe something that has the vinaigrette taste saying, "Its very vinaigrette". That doesnt make any sense, just say it taste like a vinaigrette sauce.
... you realize a LOT of sauces utilize vinegar as a base. It could mean it's more heavy in vinegar, apple cider or white, the tang, the spice, the entire base, it could mean a million things. Get over it 😂🤦♀️
