What’s your thought on MTTR from now until the likely deal close? Do you think the R/R makes sense since it’s still trading under book? I crushed on the trade already but now I’m having a little fomo with the 5.50 acquisition on the buyout. Initially I wasn’t interested in the costar stock because I figured, correctly, it would pump after the deal and end up trading over book, but after analyzing it a bit I’m a little less tepid to costar than I was when I made the trade.

The pace at which MGM is gobbling up their shares is wild. Hard to ignore

It's really incredible. And no one is paying attention.

@@asymmetricinvesting completely agree. It’s like when BABA announced they bought back 2.6% of their market cap during Q1 and the stock didn’t move for weeks

Great vid! Regarding AirBNBs cash pile earning interest, wouldn’t this level of earnings start to drop if whenever (or if ever) rate cuts arrive?

Yes, it would. But rates are staying where they are at for now.

@@asymmetricinvesting indeed, would be interesting to see the composition in their holdings - if majority is held in interest bearing current accounts vs money markets and if that would give an indication as to how persistent this component of income would be if higher rates are locked in .. some homework for me then :)

I have been trying MGM since about Jan. 24’ and I feel each time I buy shares whether it’s $42 $41 $43 it just dips and can’t rise back to its levels for weeks a minimum. What am I missing??? I really want to keep MGM in my portfolio but I feel like that is one (as a new investor) I just can’t catch up to my buy in price?

You're probably looking at your portfolio too much. I buy once a month in the Asymmetric Portfolio and plan to hold for years. Not worried about a few weeks.
