You can do a ghetto version with a bucket of water and oil base spray paint

[@Gitnardoproductions]

Bucket for dipping
Shoes for dipping or slides,etc.
Water
Masking tape
Hydrographic film
Hydrographic Activator
Clear coat non glossy spray for protection or glossy if you want some shine
Make sure you wait a min before you spray the film so it sets up
Spray film with Activator till it looks "waterlike" and don't spray too much or it will start to gunk up on you
