Food Supply Chain and How it Impacts Local Butchers

We recently had a question in regard to food regulation and how it impacts the supply chain. There was a massive disruption in the market last year (2020) that saw many local butchers with backlogs up to 18 months long. We go over why this happened and what can be done to prevent it from happening again in the future.
