try to write down what you consumed the last 1-3 hours before you went to sleep before the wet dream. I did this and eliminated things that caused the wet dreams (mostly certain foods before bed) and haven’t had a wet dream in the longest time

I think this is very helpful and I agree you shouldn’t require validation, but you do need a love life, romance, and intimacy. The mindset I have though is you only need one loyal genuine woman who you find attractive and is attracted to you back but not a bounce of women. Never base your self worth based off of how many women you can pull.

Went through something similar with a woman. Have not texted her. LDR - didnt want to act like a simp. But she some things that stuck with me after having a disagreement, felt like she couldnt take any accountability for the things i had an issue with. I texted her on christmas and we wished each other well, she has no ill will. Feels like the door might still be open in the future. I just havent hit her up after that text. Im going overseas for a year and there would be no way to see her anyway. I do care about her but maybe its best just to let it go for now. We had good chemistry but it was LDR and you know maybe its something that will come back in the future. Im on SR and im focused on building up myself and starting a company. I kinda feel like I need the Frustration from this. She has her own traumas. I have that urge alot recently feeling like I shoud reach out to her. I havent chased her or simped at all. I did get a little weak at the end of the relationship. She said was upset that I would get a upset that she texted back inconsistent so I started to feel like she wasnt being honest. She has guy friends and you know she is Bi-sexual. The more I think about it, the more I think I dodged a bullet. I've been grinding - worked out everyday - prepping for this year long overseas trip. Honestly she missed out in the long run. I know my worth as a man - I told her exactly how i felt and she told me to own it and so I did. Not a simp. Just walked away.
