They can have their franchises who never worked with the company and they can have their dedicated employee who has. It is not like as if technically the main company won't still own the restaurant.

Reminds me of a guy I used to work with that worked for Taco Johns for 40+ years at the same store. That guy could tell you the stores history almost from start to current day. Im unsure if he still works there today, as a corporation bought it and ran it into the ground. Basically everyone quit.

I believe is mostly just here in the midwest, so if you live on either coast you've probably never heard of it. However our store was bought by a corporation and slowly ran into the ground. I quit, then basically everyone else because it got so bad at our store. Then Taco Johns themselves started lowering their food quality significantly as of recently. At this point its pretty much just glorified Taco Bell. However it used to be much better.

this reminded me of a pizza delivery driver who was delivering pizzas for so long he was the only pizza delivery driver working in delivering pizzas the longest. he had the dedication Barbara had in delivering pizzas. dedication to what you truly love so much matters the most no matter if it is flipping burgers, delivering pizzas or anything everybody never thought of putting their dedication into their passion for work it is out of the question being just a career let alone a job.
