My favorite is earth because it feels tanky. Gem stone shield is a beast and brick is absorbing half of your damage. I uploaded a video today I just switched to earth havnt been earth on this toon in a while.
Tried it with ice not sure if I needed 2 healers but I found myself sitting waiting on heals to come after my shields depleted. If you stay back you can do it but I like to be in the bosses face too much
