How did the citizens lift themselves out of the circumstances and repair their economy?
Wake up Mario. We are in a depression. Have been for over a year and a half. The recession was in 2022. The yield curve stuff is based on bad lagging data. The bad data is there to make you think everything is fine until its too late.

I have the feeling they will roll out BRICS as they did the Euro, which was preceded in the '80's by the ECU (European Currency Unit). You could speculatively trade it and borrow it, but it did not become a hard currency until 2000. As and when, or if they do this, I can see the $ tanking - hopefully nothing more than a dead cat bounce but it will be volatile and dangerous for those with big margins.
