Can you guys please pray for me. After watching oldskools last video on weed, I decided to throw my bong and weed right in the garage that same night. But I wasn’t strong enough, the next day I dug it out of the trash. Please pray for my salvation brothers and sisters
I did the same thing my man. I quit soooo many times but ran right back to my FOLLY/ sins. I had to learn how to stay in prayer on my knees, the only way to keep the strongholds from overcoming you is by trusting the Lord and making yourself pray and sacrifice when you don't want to. I almost did not make this video because the devil was trying to sway me from making it but God pressed it on my heart so strong that I did it regardless of how I felt. Faith is not waiting for our emotions to drive us closer to God. Faith is drawing closer to God no matter how you feel. The enemy works through emotions and is very subtle when it comes to overwhelming us through our sins. Go to the Lord on your knees and do not stop daily until you get a break through brother. I would like to share my testimony, hope you don't mind. With every cigarette I smoked, I begged God, please make me quit smoking. Every inhale I took,. God please make me stop smoking in the name of your son Jesus Christ. Take this addiction away, slap the taste out of my mouth in the name of your beloved son Jesus Christ. I was to the point where I would feel guilty for smoking a cigarette, throwing out the butts out of the car window. I kept my smoking on the low, idk I just felt stupid doing it in front of people. I started at 23 I'm 38 now. One day last year in January 2020, I got a really bad sore throat, head cold. I couldn't smoke at all, my throat hurt so bad. After 2weeks I recovered from the cold. I took advantage and didn't smoke after that. It's going to be a year this January. Halleluyah praise the almighty Alfa and Omega. He will also slap that weed taste out of your mouth in the name of Jesus Christ. You can do it, do it in His mighty name, even if you have to smoke , pray while you smoke against it. Take care. Don't give up. Keep fighting. It's a working progress but it can be done.

Thank you for fighting for us oldskool. I work with a bunch of good dudes but they all love the world and are too prideful to believe in the mighty name of YAHUSHA. I took my friend from there to a revival with me recently. We were big stoners together. It's hard when you feel so lonely then you find someone to do something like smoke weed with and feel like you are both successful in the world with 1 rip of the poison. Revival gave me what I need to say no forever, and then I got baptized 3 days after revival. My friend signed up for baptism but felt he was not ready yet. He is now smoking less and less though. I pray YAHUAH can lead me to speak boldly the way you do so I can rescue myself, and other good men from the enemy. If you have the time please share with us more about the best ways to praise. I know I can just say out loud, Father I know you are the most high, the name above every name, I trust in you and your plans for me, you know best, you are the only one worthy. How else do we give praise so that he doesn't get bored of us repeating ourselves? I know this is a long message but I have another question maybe you can answer in a later video. The main issue I have with religion, is the lack of demonstrable evidence for the supernatural claims. I.e. walking on water, rising from the dead, and gods existence ect.

I used to thank God, but I realized you can be grateful and not praise a supernatural entity. When you question religion with a sincere mature respectful mindset, you'll find that many of your beliefs are scientifically unfounded, and also irrational. I have no issue with parts of religion, but there are some things that are very negative.

Why would a god wait for you to praise him before he helps? If I knew my child was sick, or in pain, I would just help, regardless if he praised me. One can be grateful, and still not need to praise the supernatural. And you said he's not saved.. nit what exactly is he supposed to be saved from? The wrath of god? Why torture someone for eternity, when there's no chance of learning from you mistakes? Thats like torturing for the sadistic reasons.
He does intervene and help us with out us asking thats called his GRACE AND MERCY. Thats why YOU are still alive and have the FREE WILL to say the things you say. You are still alive because he has a plan for you. The question is WILL YOU ANSWER THE CALL?
@@oldskoolfunk71 aside from words in an old book written by men, there is no demonstrable evidence for the existence of your god, or any God that men have written about throughout history, as well as no demonstrable evidence for anything supernatural. It's arrogant to think that God is answering your prayers, because you worship him, and yet if your god did happen to exist, allows thousands of innocent children around the globe, to suffer agonizing deaths. You can claim it's because of sin, but why would God not answers those children's prayers ? Don't you think it's a bit self important of you, to think God helps you, and answers your prayers, while there's countless children suffering senselessly?
Religion likes to look at others as being . miserable without believing in their God. That just doesn't make sense. Yeh your taught anyone who doesn't believe In your god, are bad,or miserable, but that is completely false. You can still be happy, and not believing in the supernatural.
