Haha yeah it was loud That's why we always give a headphone warning on that car of course Joe yelling in the camera I had to crank the volume way down on that because he was louder than the car haha lol.
Can you elaborate more. Do you like the times we upload do you like the days we upload or what specifically. Thank you for your input having help input and information as to how to make each and every one of you happy will help this channel grow to where we want it to be.
Oh okay yeah we've noticed uploading in the mornings gets more views. It seems a lot of people watch RUclips throughout the day versus just in the evenings as we initially posted around 4:00 in the afternoon. A few people requested that we post earlier so we've been giving it a shot and apparently it's been helping cuz our views have increased. I appreciate you taking the time to let us know and watch our channel.
Yes sir it does and we don't even have the superchargers hooked up to the throttle body right now. Underboost that sounds even better and insanely aggressive.
DAMINT RUclips GIVE THIS CHANNEL SOME LOVE FOR GODS SAKE! Really awesome video. It had a very different feel. I know it can be hard to make fabrication and tube work entertaining but I feel like you all are getting better and finding new ways to make it fun!
One day bud. We've really been taking the time to listen to our subscribers and Taylor our content and adjust everything from editing music upload times and just everything as a whole. Our views have actually been up a little more than usual which is good and our watch time is very good. Basically what this says the people that watch our video actually stay on it almost 80% of the video!
Looking forward to the Thursday stream. Good luck for the Civic win everybody!! I hope to be there but if i say anything wacky excuse me. I will be sedated since I have oral surgery that day. Gonna try my best to watch live. Go team!!
I missed Medusa's song. Don't know why i was expecting a 320A alternator. Great to see work on Medusa, my absolute favorite of the channel, but also the progress on the rock bouncer.
Realistically I can't see maxing out a 240 amp alternator and honestly the rule of thumb when it comes to any type of rice and application whether it's an injector fuel pump or in this case an alternator we want to work our best to never go above a 50% demand of capable output. and a perfect world Our total power draw should never exceed 120 amps as this is the 240 amp unit.
Oh, I'll never be first again! 😫 🤔 Okay so who are you guys, and what did you do with Team Olympus??? 😲👍THIS VIDEO WAS AWESOME!!! My 100% approval on all the editing, layout, contact, I think it deserves a lot of views, weather gets them or not I guess you'll have to see... It will come with time but don't change anything, I think you just nailed it! 😉👍 😏👍 When's that Ultra 4 going to be seeing some action? I can't wait!!! Well I guess I have, LOL 😫 I won't be able to join you on Thursday, I'll have to catch the replay. Gotta work make the money... 🤑 So nice to finally say that after so long of looking for a job. ☝️😉 Oh, & one thing! 👊😁 Fist-bump for you Daniel... & 👊😁 Fist-bump for you Joe, welcome back!
So no complaints on music this time lol. But for real we listen to each and every one of the comments and take that learn and adapt. As hard as it is to get views and have a good reach on RUclips we can't post a bad video. We have to update adapt and apply requests where we are able to to ensure that the content keeps people watching. Our audience retention times are consistently over 50%, however recently these have been up and our audience retention time has been steadily growing up to the 80% range so obviously what we're putting out is keeping people watching and they're not unhappy. I am glad that you like the new effort and changes that we've applied as I do value every comment.
@@carbonshocks I think you guys are doing fine, I don't like to bash, I call myself King fartknocker on Preston's Channel as a joke... I just like to give corrective criticism if I can, and think it'll help. I've enjoyed everything about your Channel from when I first subscribed so don't think I'm hating on you guys or anyting if you get any kind of feeling like that. Not trolling that's for sure. If I didn't like you guys to channel I wouldn't watch. Just giving an opinion to try to help, but as my grandfather used to say opinions are like.... oh, nevermind we're Christian men, LOL
Hey guys, loving the sick fabrication skills. I'm going to preface my next comment by saying I'm a complete neophyte when it comes to cages. The bouncer's roof looks like it might cave if it landed upside down. so 1. Is it strong enough? And 2. Maybe a vertical bar connecting it to a cross member in the floor might rectify it? Or maybe some gussets? Cheers from Canada!
When it comes to rock bouncers the cage designs are unlike anything else and naturally it'll hurt your brain on a lot of these things. The way I design this cage still incorporated proper nodes like we do in trophy trucks and ultra-4 builds however we kept it shaped to flow like your typical rock bouncer craziness. To your point we have debated adding a couple of v sectional bars to the seat belt bar from behind the seat up to the center of the chassis for the purpose exactly as you mentioned. Your comment is definitely on point though however the way this is designed there is a lot of strength in this chassis and it will take a heavy beating.
This could be argued in many ways energy has to go somewhere in any kind of a wreck and the idea is to transfer that energy to the weakest point That's why in some cars they even have a crumple zone that's designed to fail because it will absorb that energy and it will not transfer to more important areas of the car. In the case of this rock bouncer chassis I do feel that it has an adequate amount of strength and it should stand up to pretty much anything he throws at it however is mentioned above we have debated adding a v-section behind the seats from the lower chassis up to the center b pillar bar for added strength.
Thanks Team Olympus for the considered reply. As I mentioned, I am a newbie. The reason I asked was that the roof bars were “humped” concentrating all the energy is to the sides of the upside down car and the centre of the roof. But I guess it boils down to how much force is the bouncer going to land with. If it has enough to crush the roof, it may be moot as to whether or not the roof collapses as the jarring in the seat may be enough for internal injury. Thanks again Team Olympus
How are these drivelines going to work? I get that this is bottomed out, but those look like it's going to be a nightmare to figure out. Maybe I'm just not seeing how that will work just yet.

It has eleven tubes going to the top. If it crushes that you would probably be lucky to survive just the impact force alone.

Is it just a trick to the eye because it's not sitting at ride height yet, or will that bouncer have a super low roll center in the front?
