Seeing alot of people quitting until season 2, because there is nothing keeping them playing currently. So lets discuss. With this smugglers pass an opportunity has been missed. Let me know your thoughts. Dont forget to leave a LIKE and SUBSCRIBE for more
it's just that the game has so very little in content. and also spawning in several buccaneers when you're just about to deliver smugler wares, isn't fun. glad i didn't buy it, but got to try it with ubisoft+ on the xbox. skull and bones is basically world of warships, but with pirates. no boarding, no land combat and no land exploration, other than from the ship and using the spyglass. a mess i have no interest in playing.
I think rewards need to be better across the board especially endgame, lootboxes are boring and bring back bad star trek online memories, needed a couple more medium ship typed and at least 2-3 large ships, I think padewakang could definitely be better, at least on par with either the snow or brig and 1 more furniture slot for 5 in total
Hey, your points are valid and good so thanks for sharing but: Man you have to crank up that volume, at least on my system the audio was so low on volume that I had to max out the speakers and once a commercial startet mid video it blew my ears of.

You provided great points. They could have added an option to turn in smuggler marks for even la peste lockers. At least something.
Also, breaking a season into several episodes would have been nice, especially since it is 3 months long. But I guess it is too much work for the devs.

How you start a new account? Didn't think they gave the option for multiple characters. Unless you use a different sign in name to play??
With most battle passes there is initiative to keep playing and receiving rewards for such. An example of this would be materials whether it be helm, foods or like for 5 levels and a silver bonus every 5. I finished this pass in 4 days and if it had not been for me starting the game over s week later then most after launch I wouldn’t have played as long as I did. There quite literally is just nothing to keep me playing as I have everything already and have moved to another game.
Things like a wave defense mode, being able to add / change crew members for additional bonuses like furniture much like ones from warframe and other games are all missed opportunities they over looked. There needs to be material to keep ppl playing in the long term.
Ive clocked about 300 hours into the game and its to the point where im 100% doing the same thing over and over again. Plundering forts & taking down the roving boat for helm materials and processing them for cash to fund my factories. Ive just been stockpiling my pieces of eight for next season but at this rate idk if ill even wanna play it.
I didn't go that route. I have 400k ish po8 but I dunno if they're gonna reset so I've saved silver as factories don't use their time up when they're full

Me too. I love seeing the water…. It’s eye candy to me, such a beautiful game. I have so many ideas to improve the game, like for example, 4 vs 4 or 2 vs 2 matches, seeing tornadoes do bad damage to shop of the boat passes through them, obviously more Weapons, armor and better strengths and weaknesses for ship. 🚢.
Also a better variety of missions and NOT REPEATING the same missions. 😮
I tried playing the beta for sea of thieves and I found myself going back to Skull and Bones lol...
Dude. They need to push up season 2. Also I can’t even complete the helm missions because the quest I am on is bugged. The quest is the arms of night. There are multiple tickets for it and they ain’t doing anything to fix this. They need to get off their butts and start talking to people before the game dies

i played the game since launch and completted the season pass and i am rank gold and no soveregins receved ,so i frustrated whit ubisoft because i sent them a coplain and still no response of why i am not geting soveregins

I can understand it. You can still complete challenges but get no points. They should give people that did the smugglers pass 10 to 20 points when the new season starts. Or they need to put bonus rewards on it half way the season.

Not everyone has a ton of free time to blast thru all of the smugglers pass in a week or two and some people live in rural areas where the internet only works half of the time so I can see how it can be difficult to please everyone.

My reason for losing interest is the fact that the people who grinded from open beta got literally no reward when the season dropped besides getting the premium pass. Brand new players who bought the premium pass are able to progress way faster. You level up in the season every time you level up your infamy, so for a brand new player, they’re gonna be halfway through a whole pass line by the time they hit Kingpin. For the rest of us who played from day -7, it takes a full day of grinding just to get one season pall level. No point in still grinding a game that I’ve already grinded to the point where it’s so difficult for me that brand new players are somehow getting cool shit before me.
What are you telling here ?? why shoud a new Player with Premium pass level faster then a Player from day 1 ... ? the Problem is .. that there are Players ( youtubers) who get sponsored from Ubisoft .. and it feels that they play 24/7 .. some of them told they have to login in tzhe middle of the night to finance their factorys ... and You have to use factorys because You get Endgame weapons only for Eights .. the game startet with Paygame and was still beta .. chat not Working .. for a Game with coop funktions .. how will you do it without a chat ?? and still buggy as hell .. the new Ghost ship is chaos .. and as soon as more than 8 Ships spawned i get Grafik problems while targeting and the game crashed more than a couple of times .. i alsow played in the beta .. but i dont have time to play more than 1-2 h a day ... and silver farming is not a part of the game wich makes fun in that short time ... in addition to that .. some points are still buggy and dont count .. explore the whole east indian map ... done .. but dont get the point .. get 4 lvl 3 Captains tools ... i have everything on max ( lvl5) and it dont count ... etc...

I feel like as a fan of the game we always pointing fingers towards ubisoft. But for me the players burned me out... i get in a server 4boats in indies harbour. 7 in sint anne. Noone doing takeovers. No response on doing le peste or maangodin. Nobody joins on cargos. Nobody wants to pvp. Players leave a cargohunt when you join one because they dont want to fight. People just chasing the po8. I really hope they take away all the po8 from players in next season.

the real Problem is .. there is no content .... it is no fun .. it is transforming into work ... to keep the Factories work You need too much Silver .. and Farming is not a Part of a game wich keeps it alive ... there are too less Theme Quests .. and too much " everyday the same Procedure" and compared to the Price of the game it is not enough !!! Look at the new Promotion .. SWO the Prices for that is horror .. more than 60€ for Standard and the Ultimate für 130 .. and if we get the same shit like S&B than its the end .... Everybody complaind about Cyberpunk .. but it was fun ... Skull and Bones has no long time content and the Physics .--- Flying Ships after waves ... waves against the Wind .... the basic idea had potential .. but Ubisoft made nothing out of it ... and wants too much money for this crap ..... compared to the Ghost Recon line this here is the Work of an Student at a holyday job

The story line was far 2 short. I thought when i got all the locations i would fight for saint anne, and the other place and become top pirate😂 no nothing. And now people are pvp against each other with only only essens or other materials onboard boarding each other and getting millons of items and then selling them for billions of silver for the next seasson pass when new ships and stuff comes out. Same as grouping together 2 stop people sinking u for pcs8. All fuck up . I only come in now 1 or 2 times a day do roving supply and i a week collect pcs8 from red island and dont tutch the rest. Cost 2 much silver. Other people just find any way 2 cheat or use loop holes that fucks everyone els over. People just spoiling it for others. And ubisoft not getting there shit together. Season 2 schould start 1may 2024 at the latest. Need a chalenge and this game not got it no more.

You kind of need players in the first place to lose players.
The game wasn't that appealing to most in the first place. Thus, it never had a large starting audience. So.
- small starting audience.
- An uninteresting season 1
- Lack of content.
This is basically Diablo 4 all over again. Anyone willing to stay is going to go "Maybe it'll be better next season". No. No it wont. If anything. Forget it exists for a year and then come check back in on it. Either it's dead and you wasted no time. or it finally has enough to be worth while

@@vAaron-X It sold, reportedly, less than 1 million copies in its first week and hit a heavy decline. Most of its initial players tried the Demo and then never touched it again.
@@awsm253 I believe it was similar numbers for the division at launch. Now it's one of their most successful games. Hopefully in time skull and bones will be the same
@@vAaron-X Calling it one of their most successful games isn't exactly a high bar for Ubisoft. Division 1 made a lot of poor choices that irritated the fanbase.
As for Division 2, it wasn't exactly a big thing for more than a few months.
Ubisoft hasn't released anything to widely positive reviews that wasn't an Assassins Creed gamer for a while now. And most Triple A games release absolute garbage that takes YEARS to fix. And by that point, better games are generally available. Look at EA's BF2042 that took YEARS to get into a 'good' state.
Rather than eagerly awaiting Ubishit to finally make a game good. Better to ignore it exists till companies stop making dog turds and start making iconic titles again. Remember the days of PS2 Platinum games?

Once everything is levelled up to max the end game is boring. Especially since no one has a chance of cracking the top 8 for the trinket they’re going to give as a reward. This game has so much potential and I had fun playing it til recently but the end game SUUUUUUUUCKS
