Answer for BOTH of you: Sans was Gaster's first son and had some experiments tested on him make him so special that he can renember through all of RESETs but nobody can and he can bleed before turning into dust. Also they are monster, so they just like us humans! They can be sick, be hurted, feel feelings just like us but not bleeding (only Sans can) and apparently everytime Sans have nightmares it was about the last RESET (Genocide) not this comic tho

One thing I don’t understand is why is Papyrus covering Sans and making him warmer,that only makes it worse,even if Sans is cold he can’t be all covered up like that,he put an ice bag on his head but then covering him makes him warmer and makes the flu/fever worse
