It's crazy to me that most people are saying something negative. This performance actually made it to my list of favorite LIVE performances. She did a few subtle vocal techniques that doesn't do often.

munna k yes that was live, she did 3 takes, i think they stopped having her come because she was always late, for us the audience it was unbearble to stand there for 3 hrs on a freezing night on the ice rink.
