Thank you for watching my Vyvanse Revisited video. Have you stopped using Vyvanse or any ADHD med and realized that you either needed it, or you were just on too much or too little? Share with us here in the comments. I would love to hear your story!
I was prescribed 30mg Vyvanse because it worked so well in the past. And it was giving me some anxiety so I asked to drop to a lower dose to 20mg which seems to work fine. I think 70mg is way too high for most people. Unless you are a big guy or gal. I am a small guy so I don’t need a huge dose. It works wonders with the right dose for sure
PeaJayTheGr8 thanks for responding as well. I’ve realized how bad adult adhd is and I can say at least there is something out there that helps us. I always wonder how other people deal with this issue. I’ve noticed if I’m not always on top of everything all the time I can really lose myself at times
20mg is my sweet spot too! It’s a borderline dose for me. Also prevent tolerance from forming so quickly and if you want to do weekend breaks you don’t crash. It still gives me a slight euphoria and also a bit anxiety but it’s borderline l. If I need a boost I drink coffee. Coffee I think stimulates the epenephrine which combined with dopamine stimulation from vyvanse is a nice effect for productivity. Less is more!
I started taking for study days, which is 3 days a week. I am on 30 mg but I wished it was a pill and I could break it in half. I had to stop adderall because I was crazy emotionally on it for using just some days a week. It is so hard to deal with the side effects
Hi! I stopped taking Vyvanse a while back. My new psych thinks antidepressants are a better fit for me but so far,. I disagree. Vyvanse is less harsh than Adderall in my opinion.
It sounds like you are figuring this out. The symptoms you described in your previous videos sure sounded and looked like too much meds. Hopefully, on the correct lower dosage you won't experience rapid heartbeat and you can do everything you want.
Thank you so much for your kind words. Yes, I am really happy that I figured out that I was on way too much medication. I've been back on Vyvanse now for a couple of weeks but now just 20mg instead of 70mg and no Viibryd at all and have noticed a difference. My mistakes at work have returned but not as extreme and I did have one temper tantrum, but nothing like before. I'm almost wondering if I should just do 10mg. Thanks for watching and being here!

Yeah, 70mg was way too much for me and even 30mg was. 20mg is my sweet spot. Thanks for watching and sharing your experience! 👊

Too funny you brought up the coffee. I typically drink a cup an hour after my meds for the additional kick. Seems to do the trick for me as well. 👍

The side effects of Adderall were way too severe for me. That’s why I had to ditch it.
Hello. I will like to know if you are still taking vyvanse. I was in adderall. Omg noo good for me.

@@PeaJayTheGr8 What are you taking now?
I'm taking Pristiq and Guanfacine. It seems to be doing the trick for me so far. Been on it for about 6 months now.

Glad to know they are working for you.
