TBF how you experience the game sound can differ a lot depending on the speakers/headphones, they were clearly listening to speakers (maybe even a tablet or phone) here instead of their usual headphones.
They usually play with headphones on rather sitting a certain distance from a speaker ( or at least that's my guess)
Ruins the frequency of the sounds for sure, wavelength varieties come into play too. Good guess from you 👍
This was extremely surprising to watch, i got every single one right except the newcastle one and i maybe play apex 0-3 times a week. I think the reason i did so much better is because i watch a lot of apex content, so it's easier to pay attention to the sounds when you don't have to focus on playing whereas for these guys playing is the only thing they need to focus on
