Absolutely fantastic barn burner of a fight... Liam Wilson certainly brought some tools and some heavy ammunition... A shame he kept switching stances too often though and that he tired going down the stretch... But Liam certainly gave Emanuel Navarette a very close and competitive fight and was a little unlucky that he was fighting a great champion, like Navarette is, who ultimately turned the screw from Round 7, when he started to have more success with his accurate but unorthodox power punches to both the head and body of Liam Wilson 🤔💯🥊🥊👊🏻 Great contest though... Through 8, I had Liam Wilson up 77 - 74 because of the 10 - 8 Knockdown of Navarette in Round 4 (I scored the 1st, 3rd, definitely 4th, 5th and 6th to Liam Wilson), with Navarette slowly but surely taking over from Round 7 🤔💯🥊🥊 Fantastic Finish by Emanuel Navarette to close the show and put Liam Wilson away

It's an illegal punch done by Wilson... that eventually unnoticed by the ref's mistake. The last punch that hits Navarette was right after his glove had touches the floor...
I think the ref noticed after it was too late, so he gave Navarrette a bit more time to put his mouth piece back. Can't explain it exactly here, in a few words.

You should know that refs give world champions the benefit of the doubt. ( i.e. Ruiz's triumphant win over the British world champion. The fight should 've been stopped way before the 7th round. )
That reeferee did everything he could to stop Wilson from capitalising when he hurt thw mexican. he also warned Wilson for a late strike but ingnored the mecican doing the same thing.
