- This is video showcasing all the Multiplayer characters in Story Mode. A lot of fun!
HOW TO DO THIS:
1. Download the Universal Unreal Unlocker:
framedsc.github.io/GeneralGui...
2. Once you have downloaded this program, unzip it to your desired location.
3. Open "UuuClient.exe"
4. Open your game client
5. Under "Process to Inject to" click select, and "Select..." then select SSBFBBR
6. Click "Inject DLL"
7. Load up a level and use the D-Pad (Up and Down) and select the option "PINE_SwitchToNextCharacter" which appears on the bottom left of the screen, once the option is selected, then use D-Pad (Left and Right) to select your character!

Make it split screen and this would've been the perfect mode. Multiplayer should've just let you free roam Bikini Bottom with your pals while fighting the already present robots.
Dalton Boardman i don’t understand why platformers are so shit at adding a multiplayer mode. They literally went through more effort to not make it real multiplayer
@@kayden2119 because work has to be done to make the the levels are designed well designed to be engaging for two player or single player. Its not as simple as adding a second player.

Shame they aren’t already playable characters. Doubt they’ll ever be because the developers are so stern on not adding anything new besides a mediocre multiplayer mode.

it still feels weird to me that they went with robo-plankton over the actual plankton. if I had to guess as to the reason why, I'd imagine the real plankton was just too small to actually see from the multiplayer camera.
i wish they had these characters unlocked to play as in the story mode when you got 100% in the game instead of making the same game.

These characters would actually be really cool in the main game. Hope they make a sequel where all these guys are playable.
I can only imagine the mod support for this game. It's on unreal engine 4 so who knows what will come into this game as time goes on.

I just cannot wait for potiental modding for this game. Sackboy from Littlebigplanet, Kirby as a playable mod, or fan stages too like Peach's Castle. I look forward in many months later for mods
Custom stages will be the peak of modding for this game IMO, that's going to be great.
I do look forward to potential stages. omg. I forget if multiplayer is kind of 2d? A smash bros stage for multiplayer. many opportunities and more time for ideas. it's pure perfect.
And even importing levels from past SpongeBob games like the movie game and Creature From The Krusty Krab
They did make a Peach’s Castle mod in the original.
I hope modding for this game gets to the point where new moves and voice lines can be added in, then these characters can have their own lines and extra moves to access parts only SpongeBob, Patrick and Sandy could.
We'll have to see, I feel like realistically that would be possible.

Would’ve been cool if once you beat the game you could have access to the multiplayer characters.
I can understand why that wasn't a thing, but it would have been a good way to give people a reason to beat the game again as the "new" characters
Honestly I am wondering if Squidward was ever suppose to be playable in the original game. There was concept art for a Squidward fight and the rest of the playable characters had a doppleganger so I wonder if he was planned as well. He could have been a ranged focused character with his Clarinet which would have been interesting like maybe giving him some variant of a cruise bubble to use or a stun move. Part of me wondered if he would be added to the game as a playable character with some new stages for him to play around in but seems like that isn't the case. Also thought these were end game bonuses to play around with but its a mod so kinda a shame but also cool that this is possible which makes me curious on how else you could change the game. I saw a Doodle Bob skin in another video, do they have unlockable costumes in this game or was that a mod too?

It would have been cool if as a bonus for completing the game at 100% you can use the other characters in all the levels

For everyone wondering why these characters aren’t already in single player or why the multiplayer is so bad: The developers wanted the remake to be extremely faithful to the original. This means the cut content from the original, which they promised to add in, were last on their priority list. Nickelodeon was rushing the development of the game, which resulted in not only the large amount of glitches, but also shoehorning the cut content into a rushed Multiplayer mode. They probably wanted to add in the extra levels like Patrick’s Dream and the RoboSquidward boss fight into the single player mode, but Nick wouldn’t let them
the 4 dislikes are from krabs, plankton, squidward and gary bc this isnt in the base game

I know they wanted to stay true to the original but they really should have had a Rehydrated Mode and a Classic mode
where Rehydrated mode lets you play as these guys and adds all the missing content still in the games files >;U

Wait. Could you theoretically use this same mod to play as Patrick and Sandy in levels where you can't normally play as them?
My biggest peeve with the original was not letting me use all three in every level, because Sandy was my favorite to play, but she wasn't available in my favorite levels.

No, because as most of us know, they only reused lines from the OG bfbb, and also, if there were slides, we would’ve seen Gary slide at 3:11 Either that or there are slides, I never played multiplayer
I get being faithful to the original but I dont see why these guys couldn't be secret characters or post launch dlc. The game sold gangbusters on all platforms and recieved rave reviews from fans. Imagine if after you beat the final boss it unlocked all these guys or if some well hidden easter egg unlocked them like doing something in squidward house or the krusty krab etc etc. I know the Devs like watching videos about the game so hopefully if enough people see this the devs will change their mind and add these characters to singleplayer. I'd love to play as squidward in single player or Mr krabs.

Yes but you would be restricted to the normal multiplayer mode in the game. It would be the same way you would normally play with anyone over the internet

@@GhostlyGaming Thx for the respond btw, Well I confuse how to add the command word for the mod, in the game I enter just as the description said in the last step. But the game keeps telling me that it wont respond, but I rly hope u can show me on a video:) but if u cant thats okay
@@fidelis5554 No, you don't enter the command, rather you need to use the DPad (Or L or O on PC) to select the option "PINE_SwitchToNextCharacter" then you would press left and right on the DPad (or P on PC) to switch your character mid game. Make sure you enter a new level before trying to select the option, or the option won't appear! Hopefully that helps, not the best at explaining things
